Join a fast-growing infrastructure provider serving enterprise AI workloads. You will own the technical side of customer relationships, ensuring successful deployment and scaling of GPU-based systems.
What you'll do
- Manage enterprise onboarding including networking, storage, and server handover
- Serve as primary technical contact for troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Lead technical discovery, solution design, and demos for pre-sales support
- Design and execute POCs with clear success criteria for customers
- Debug inference and multi-GPU workloads directly with client engineers
- Monitor account health and proactively identify technical risks
- Collaborate with Product and SRE teams to improve customer processes
What you'll need
- 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or similar customer-facing technical role
- Experience with cloud, GPU, or AI infrastructure environments
- Strong hands-on skills in Linux and Virtual Machines
- Proficiency with Kubernetes, Networking, and Storage systems
- Knowledge of NVIDIA GPUs and AI workload troubleshooting
- Ability to run technical demos and manage enterprise deployments
- Fluent English communication skills required
- Proactive mindset with strong ownership of problem resolution
