Fieldguide automates assurance and audit workflows for cybersecurity, privacy, and financial audits. As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as the primary technical lead for prospects, demonstrating how the platform streamlines work for audit practitioners.
You will partner closely with sales teams to articulate the product's value proposition, manage technical validations, and advise customers on industry best practices. This position requires balancing technical expertise with strong executive presence to influence buying decisions at top enterprise firms.
What you'll do
- Partner with Account Executives to articulate value proposition and strategy
- Build credibility with technical champions at prospect companies
- Lead technical validations during the Proof of Value phase
- Conduct organized discovery calls to uncover customer needs
- Present and demonstrate the product persuasively to C-suite executives
- Manage customer objections and resolve technical concerns
- Collaborate with Customer Success for complex enterprise onboarding
- Provide product feedback to Engineering and Product teams based on market trends
What you'll need
- 3+ years of customer-facing enterprise solutions engineering experience
- 2+ years of experience in financial audit at a public accounting firm
- Proven success influencing SaaS deals and driving sales velocity
- Experience presenting to C-suite executives with confidence and poise
- Strong working knowledge of leading CRM tools like Salesforce or Hubspot
- Excellent speaking and presentation skills for complex business situations
- Team-oriented mindset with a mission-first approach
