Join Sanity.io as a Solutions Engineer to drive complex enterprise deals through technical expertise. You will manage the full pre-sales lifecycle, from architecture scoping to proof of concept, while collaborating with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams.
Beyond customer-facing duties, you will build enablement tools, mentor colleagues, and influence the product roadmap. This role suits engineers who excel at communicating technical value to both executives and developers.
What you'll do
- Architect and lead complex demos for enterprise prospects and partners
- Own the technical narrative in C-suite and engineering discussions
- Guide customers through RFPs, architecture reviews, and proofs of concept
- Build showcase implementations and best practice guides for the team
- Mentor other Solutions Engineers and improve team processes
- Represent customer requirements to product and engineering teams
What you'll need
- Experience in enterprise solution selling with Fortune 500 accounts
- Strong coding skills in JavaScript, React, APIs, JSON, and Git
- Ability to design and demonstrate working technical solutions
- Exceptional communication skills for executive and engineering audiences
- Proven discovery skills to uncover pain points and map solutions
- Familiarity with CMS, content operations, and AI applications
