Join Cogent Security as a Solutions Engineer to bridge the gap between complex security requirements and technical solutions. You will lead discovery, run proofs of concept, and demonstrate how AI agents can remediate threats at scale for Fortune 500 clients.
Working alongside Account Executives and R&D, you will translate customer needs into architecture proposals and product feedback. This role requires deep expertise in enterprise cybersecurity and strong communication skills to engage technical stakeholders.
What you'll do
- Deliver polished technical demos and deep dive sessions to customers
- Design and execute end-to-end proof of concept engagements
- Collaborate with Account Executives on deal strategy and sales cycles
- Provide product enhancement feedback to Research and Development teams
- Partner with Customer Success for smooth pre-sales to post-sales handoffs
What you'll need
- At least seven years of enterprise Solutions Engineer experience
- Background in cybersecurity, preferably vulnerability management
- Proven track record working with Global 2000 organizations
- Strong industry relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and craft creative technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills and strong executive presence
