You will build the technical foundation for Zip’s procurement platform by creating reusable integration assets for SAP ECC, S/4HANA, and Ariba. Working closely with Engineering, Product, and Design, you will define standards that ensure robust and repeatable customer deployments.
This position involves analyzing complex customer environments to convert bespoke solutions into standardized internal tools. You will also support pre-sales efforts and drive technical excellence across all integration workflows.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain core SAP and Ariba integration templates
- Align integration assets with product architecture and field insights
- Convert custom customer solutions into reusable standardized assets
- Support pre-sales teams with integration architecture design
- Define and document technical solution consulting best practices
- Expand expertise across additional ERP ecosystems and data models
- Configure APIs and modify templates to ensure correct implementation
What you'll need
- 6+ years experience with SAP ERP or procurement platform integrations
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM and FI business processes and data models
- Familiarity with IDocs, BAPI/RFC, OData APIs, or SAP BTP/CPI
- Experience with XML, REST endpoints, and authentication protocols
- Background in ERP implementation, configuration, or administration
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable testing, troubleshooting, and reading API documentation
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

- Familiarity with iPaaS tools
