Join Zip as a Solutions Integration Architect to build the technical foundation for its AI-driven procurement platform. You will design, maintain, and iterate on core SAP (ECC and S/4HANA) and Ariba integration templates, ensuring scalable and repeatable customer implementations.
Working closely with Engineering, Product, and Design, you will translate complex customer needs into standardized internal assets. Your work will directly influence how hundreds of future implementations are delivered, raising the technical bar for both internal teams and customer-facing consultants.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain core SAP and Ariba integration templates for scalable use
- Collaborate with EPD teams to align templates with product architecture
- Analyze customer implementations to identify reusable data mapping patterns
- Support pre-sales by designing and vetting integration architectures
- Define and document technical solution consulting best practices
- Expand expertise across additional ERP ecosystems beyond SAP
- Balance high-level architectural design with hands-on API configuration
What you'll need
- 6+ years of experience integrating with SAP ERP or Ariba platforms
- Strong knowledge of SAP MM and FI business processes and data models
- Familiarity with IDocs, BAPI/RFC, OData APIs, or SAP BTP/CPI
- Experience with XML, REST endpoints, and standard authentication protocols
- Past experience in ERP implementation, integration, or administration
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Comfortable testing, troubleshooting, and documenting integration errors
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Nice to have
- Familiarity with iPaaS tools
- Experience working with product and engineering teams
- Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms quickly
