What you'll do
- Architect and ship durable, fast core product features across multiple stacks
- Design proactive AI agent orchestration layers for high-growth brands
- Prototype new interaction patterns for human-agent collaboration
- Elevate engineering craft standards and assist with recruiting efforts
- Use the platform and apps daily to identify improvements and iterate quickly
What you'll need
- At least five years of experience in engineering and product work
- Demonstrated skills across frontend, backend, and database layers
- Active GitHub profile with consistent contribution history
- Daily user of AI agents with a strong passion for their application
- Ability to discuss software craftsmanship and technical inspiration
