MeridianLink integrates AI-native financial wellness tools to help credit union members improve their financial standing. This role involves building features for MeridianLink Pathway and Coach, turning loan declines into future opportunities through personalized education and tracking.
You will own features from concept to production, using AI agents for implementation while maintaining direction and quality. The team values pragmatic solutions, clear communication, and strong product judgment in handling real financial data.
What you'll do
- Own member-facing features from idea to production
- Plan solutions for increasing traffic and data volume
- Build using TypeScript stack and AWS infrastructure
- Monitor production systems and investigate issues
- Partner with design and stakeholders on product decisions
- Use and improve AI agents in engineering workflow
What you'll need
- 5+ years building and scaling production software
- Strong full-stack skills with modern front-end depth
- Experience with React and relational data systems
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools
- Strong product judgment and written communication
- Ability to work autonomously and collaborate when needed
Nice to have
- Experience with Terraform or AWS CDK
- Familiarity with OpenAI or Anthropic Claude APIs
