Join Vanta's GTM Engineering team, an internal incubator applying AI to revolutionize customer engagement. You will embed with Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to create novel applications that accelerate pipeline generation and improve win rates.
As a senior engineer, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, moving quickly from concept to production. Your work will directly shape how customers experience Vanta, solving complex business problems with elegant technical solutions.
What you'll do
- Ideate and build products that transform business generation and customer interfaces
- Own the full product lifecycle from prototyping to shipping and maintenance
- Partner with executive leadership to architect AI-driven GTM strategies
- Systematize and automate workflows using AI and modern technologies
- Design and maintain internal web applications and AI-driven agents
- Ensure system reliability through documentation, monitoring, and testing
- Evaluate new technologies and orchestration tools with a build vs buy mindset
What you'll need
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building full-stack applications
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and strong SQL skills
- Experience with web frameworks such as React and Node.js
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and own outcomes in fast-paced environments
- Experience working with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical decisions to leaders
- Product mindset focused on user experience and business impact
Nice to have
- Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or workflow automation
- Familiarity with GTM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Gong
- Knowledge of workflow automation tools like Workato or n8n
- Experience with modern data stack tools such as Snowflake or dbt
