You will work with engineers to develop software solutions for Jet Engine/Rig Testing, Calibration Laboratory, Materials Laboratory, and Structural Data Reduction Environments. The role requires interfacing with engineers from multiple disciplines to build tools that meet their specific needs.
Responsibilities include administering, installing, and integrating third-party software on client-imaged Windows devices. You will provide front-line support for severity issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose process improvements while managing risk.
