Lead the design and deployment of advanced data science and machine learning solutions to drive operational efficiency. You will own the end-to-end model lifecycle, from problem definition to monitoring, while establishing best practices for ML/AI and DataOps.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable data-driven solutions. This role involves technical leadership, mentoring junior scientists, and ensuring models meet governance and architecture standards.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end model lifecycle including training, validation, and deployment
- Build and deploy production-grade models using Python and statistical methods
- Implement MLOps and DataOps best practices such as CI/CD and monitoring
- Manage models in cloud environments like GCP and Azure using Docker
- Translate business requirements into scalable and actionable data solutions
- Establish technical standards and frameworks for data science development
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior data scientists
- Monitor model performance to ensure accuracy, reliability, and scalability
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field
- Four years of experience in Security Administration across Mainframe, Unix, and Windows
- Ability to read, write, and understand English for safety and operational tasks
- Teamwork oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented approach to technical challenges and model development
