Lead the execution of clinical development programs for the company’s RPx platform, focusing on oncolytic immunotherapies for cancer treatment. You will define program strategy, manage clinical study documentation, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure compliant and timely delivery.
This senior leadership role requires deep expertise in global clinical study design and oncology. You will mentor clinical scientists, engage with key opinion leaders, and drive process improvements within the Early Clinical Development team.
What you'll do
- Author and review protocols, informed consent forms, and clinical study reports
- Lead clinical and scientific aspects of study design, conduct, and analysis
- Serve as medical monitor or partner with medical directors on patient eligibility
