MaintainX, now part of Autodesk Operations Solutions, seeks a visionary AI leader to drive innovation in Agentic AI and Machine Learning. You will define the long-term product vision and build a high-performing team to transform industrial operations through predictive and generative intelligence.
What you'll do
- Define long-term AI product and platform vision with clear milestones
- Lead design of scalable Agentic AI platforms and RAG systems
- Build data ingestion and inference pipelines for unstructured data
- Drive delivery of predictive models across various sensor modalities
- Build and scale a high-performing AI organization spanning multiple teams
- Hire and develop technical leaders while fostering innovation culture
- Partner with Product, Design, and GTM teams on AI workflows and messaging
- Represent AI strategy internally and externally as a thought leader
What you'll need
- 12+ years in applied AI/ML with 7+ years leading teams
- Proven success deploying predictive deep learning models at scale
- Track record of building and scaling AI/ML organizations
- Deep expertise in multimodal ML, MLOps, or Agentic AI frameworks
- Ability to operate from architecture reviews to C-suite planning
- Strong communication skills to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Entrepreneurial mindset thriving in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
