Join Rula as an individual contributor within a product pod, acting as an analytical engine for strategic decision-making. You will collaborate with leaders across Product, Data Engineering, Finance, and Clinical teams to generate insights that improve provider experience and marketplace balance.
Your work will focus on translating broad questions into research plans, modeling feature impact, and driving experimentation for new launches. The goal is to empower individuals by enhancing the quality and accessibility of evidence-based mental healthcare.
What you'll do
- Partner with cross-functional teams to shape product strategy using data
- Translate broad business questions into actionable research and discovery plans
- Perform proactive data exploration to identify key insights and opportunities
- Model the impact of new features and define success criteria for launches
- Drive experimentation efforts to evaluate new product initiatives
- Communicate complex results clearly to non-technical stakeholders
What you'll need
- 7+ years of professional experience in analytics or data science
- 2+ years of specific experience focusing on product analytics
- Deep understanding of metrics like conversion, churn, and retention
- Strong experience with A/B testing design, deployment, and interpretation
- Advanced expertise with modern data stacks such as dbt and Airflow
- Proficiency with visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Hex
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth startup environments
- Prior background in the healthcare industry
- Ability to link analytics insights to revenue and growth strategy
- Advanced proficiency with Python or R for scripting and analysis
- Experience working with event-based data structures
