What you'll do
- Architect and ship durable, fast core product features across multiple stacks
- Design proactive AI agent orchestration layers for high-growth brands
- Prototype new interaction patterns for human-agent collaboration
- Elevate engineering standards and assist with recruiting efforts
- Use the platform and apps daily to identify improvements and iterate quickly
What you'll need
- At least five years of combined engineering and product experience
- Proven skills in frontend, backend, and database technologies
- Active GitHub profile demonstrating consistent coding activity
- Daily user of AI agents with a passion for software craft
- Ability to own outcomes from prototype through to production
