Join the Consumer Trading team at Kraken, a leading crypto platform serving millions of users worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of marketing and product, where you will build the processes and product surfaces that power acquisition campaigns.
You will own the strategy for how users discover and return to the platform, defining standards for collaboration between engineering, design, and marketing teams to optimize the conversion funnel.
What you'll do
- Define the roadmap and intake model for marketing-product collaboration
- Design in-app and web journeys for paid social, email, and push campaigns
- Optimize lifecycle messaging to improve conversion and reduce noise
- Manage incentives including referrals, offers, and recurring deposits
- Run experiments to identify and fix leaks in the user acquisition funnel
- Improve landing page performance and measurement for paid channels
- Partner with engineering and data teams as the primary growth owner
- Define and report on key acquisition and reactivation metrics
What you'll need
- Experience owning product roadmaps end-to-end
- Ability to translate campaign ideas into shipped product features
- Strong understanding of user psychology and UX principles
- Skill in designing tailored experiences for multiple marketing channels
- Data-driven mindset for measuring experiment success and failure
- Proven ability to partner across marketing, design, and engineering
