Join the Consumer Trading team at Kraken, a leading crypto platform serving millions of users worldwide. This role sits at the intersection of product and marketing, owning the strategy and execution that drives user discovery and engagement across mobile and web applications.
You will build the framework for how marketing campaigns translate into product features, optimizing the acquisition funnel and lifecycle messaging. The work involves defining standards, launching tailored campaign experiences, and improving conversion rates through data-driven experiments.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end marketing product roadmap and intake process
- Define standards for collaboration between marketing and product teams
- Design and launch in-app and web journeys for paid and organic campaigns
- Optimize lifecycle messaging for push notifications and email channels
- Manage incentives including referrals, deposits, and earn-led campaigns
- Conduct experiments to identify and fix leaks in the user funnel
- Improve landing page performance and search channel measurability
- Partner with engineering, design, and data as the primary owner
- Define and report on acquisition and reactivation metrics
What you'll need
- Experience owning product roadmaps and shipping features
- Strong understanding of user psychology and UX principles
- Ability to design and run A/B tests and experiments
- Experience with growth marketing or acquisition strategies
- Skill in partnering with cross-functional teams like engineering and data
- Analytical mindset for defining and tracking key metrics
