SigNoz is an open-source observability platform built on OpenTelemetry, serving over 800 customers and 27,000 GitHub stars. As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the product strategy for core features like alerting and application performance monitoring. You will work closely with technical users to refine workflows and reduce time-to-insight.

What you'll do

  • Own the end-to-end alerting experience, including rule creation, anomaly detection, and notification routing.
  • Shape the APM experience by improving service maps, latency views, and span analysis workflows.
  • Optimize the onboarding path from sign-up to first valuable insight across various SDKs and frameworks.
  • Define how alerts, metrics, traces, and logs integrate into a single coherent investigation flow.
  • Refine UX details for power users, focusing on query speed, defaults, and keyboard-driven workflows.

What you'll need

  • 5–8+ years of product management experience with shipped work at a B2B company.
  • Proven track record of building user-experience-led products rather than just managing backlogs.
  • Strong attention to detail regarding empty states, shortcuts, and defaults for power users.
  • Ability to drive initiatives from problem discovery through design, implementation, and iteration.
  • Technical fluency sufficient to read API docs and reason about data systems with engineers.
  • Excellent written communication skills for clear PRDs and async decision documentation.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in a product team at a Series B or later startup.
  • Background in observability, including monitoring, logging, or tracing.
  • Familiarity with OpenTelemetry, ClickHouse, Kafka, or Kubernetes.
  • Interest or experience in founding B2B developer tools companies.
