We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to lead software projects and coordinate development team activities. You will handle all phases of the project lifecycle, from detailed design and coding to testing and deployment, while providing expertise in application integration across the business.
What you'll do
- Coordinate all software development team activities and project phases
- Lead detailed design, coding, unit testing, and integration efforts
- Mentor team members on technology and business processes
- Gather requirements and create SDLC documentation
- Manage external consultants and assist with resource planning
- Ensure project deliverables meet business needs and deadlines
- Provide backup support for IT Manager duties when required
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in software development within distributed environments
- 3-5+ years as a Lead Software Engineer or technical lead
- 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET development
- 5+ years of web development using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery
- 2-3+ years with Angular 2+ or similar JavaScript frameworks
- 5+ years using Microsoft SQL Server or similar RDBMS
- 3+ years of experience with Entity Framework and API development
- Proficiency with Git, TFVC, and Visual Studio 2017+
- Strong understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and Agile methods
Nice to have
- 2+ years with cloud environments like Microsoft Azure or AWS
- Familiarity with Telerik Kendo UI or third-party controls
- Experience with Azure DevOps pipelines
- Mobile development using NativeScript or Xamarin
- Windows UWP application development experience
- Basic knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, or IoT technologies
