You will act as the technical architect for complex enterprise engagements, partnering with sales to secure technical wins. The position involves building business value assessments, mentoring junior engineers, and translating customer needs into product requirements.
The team focuses on Kubernetes virtualization and AI infrastructure, helping customers optimize GPU usage and multi-tenant architectures. You will leverage AI tools to automate documentation and accelerate go-to-market delivery.
What you'll do
- Own technical strategy for large-scale enterprise engagements
- Partner with sales to navigate regulated industry requirements
- Build formal Business Value Assessments linking features to outcomes
- Use AI tools to automate discovery and architecture diagrams
- Mentor Associate and Intermediate Solutions Engineers
- Translate customer pain points into technical product requirements
What you'll need
- At least 6 years in pre-sales or solutions engineering
- Minimum 3 years hands-on Kubernetes ecosystem experience
- Deep understanding of control planes and cluster API
- Ability to explain multi-tenancy and virtualization trade-offs
- Experience positioning complex infrastructure to enterprise buyers
- Data-driven approach to consultative selling
Nice to have
- CKA or CKAD certification
- Active participation in CNCF or open-source communities
- Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Sector
- Familiarity with AI-driven discovery and automation tools
