You will operate at an organizational level, aligning engineering efforts with product goals while defining the vision for scalable, high-performance frontend systems.
What you'll do
- Define and evolve architectural vision for customer-facing frontend systems
- Drive frontend excellence focusing on performance, accessibility, and responsiveness
- Establish patterns and frameworks to ensure quality and operational excellence
- Collaborate with leadership to shape product direction and strategic goals
- Mentor senior technical leaders and engineers to elevate capabilities
- Lead cross-team initiatives from inception through execution
- Design systems and team boundaries to support sustainable growth
What you'll need
- 12+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong record of group-level technical leadership
- Proficiency in React, Next.js, and GraphQL
- Full-stack capability with Node.js and Python
- Deep expertise in UI performance and web accessibility
- Experience scaling shared frontend infrastructure or design systems
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
