In this leadership role, you will define the technical direction for evaluating AI models in a regulated healthcare environment. You will own the end-to-end evaluation systems, from data ingestion and dataset versioning to statistical regression gates and red-team testing.
You will solve ambiguous, cross-team challenges by creating reusable standards for model safety and effectiveness. Your work ensures that AI products are trustworthy before they reach patients, bridging the gap between engineering, data science, and clinical teams.
