As a Senior Technical Program Manager at Vultr, you will drive the end-to-end execution of complex AI data center builds. You will serve as the central hub for stakeholders, ensuring alignment across internal teams, external vendors, and global partners while maintaining program visibility.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary accountability for end-to-end data center build delivery
- Lead critical workshops and decision-making sessions with executives
- Coordinate communication between internal teams, vendors, and partners
- Maintain accurate schedules, dependencies, and risks in management tools
- Translate technical infrastructure updates into executive-level summaries
- Identify bottlenecks and drive cross-functional resolution in ambiguous situations
What you'll need
- 10+ years of Program Management in technical or infrastructure organizations
- Expert proficiency in Smartsheet and Jira Plans for portfolio management
- Strong ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience driving process adoption during rapid scaling and pivots
- Foundational understanding of data center deployments and critical paths
- Track record of managing large-scale multi-vendor build lifecycles

How you'll work
- Fully remote position
- $500 stipend for remote office setup in first year
- $400 annual stipend for subsequent years
