Join the in-house creative team at Advanced Systems Group as a Senior Visual Designer. You will conceptualize and execute static, animated, and video assets, with a strong focus on designing world-class presentation decks and social-forward content.
The position requires balancing strict brand guidelines with innovative direction, translating complex data into engaging visuals, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to support marketing objectives.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end delivery of urgent creative requests under tight deadlines
- Translate complex data sets into clear charts, graphs, and infographics
- Design advanced presentation layouts with expert typography and whitespace
- Adapt creative decks to various specs like 16:9, 9:16, and custom formats
- Build and maintain flexible presentation templates and design systems
- Design static and animated social assets following platform specifications
- Use generative AI tools to accelerate production and explore new ideas
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure visual outputs align with strategy
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in Visual Design and social-first content
- BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field
- Proven track record managing high-priority projects in fast-paced environments
- Experience using performance metrics to optimize design decisions
- Portfolio showcasing visual storytelling for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
- Strong grasp of typography, color theory, and composition fundamentals
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, and Figma
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools in creative workflows
Nice to have
- Experience in high-volume social agencies or digital newsrooms
- Skills in Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and Photoshop
- Experience working directly with creators or managing social followings
- Familiarity with the B2B marketing and digital marketing landscape
