This position requires deep expertise in building production-ready AI applications. You will lead the orchestration of multiple models while addressing privacy and compliance challenges to deliver seamless user experiences.
What you'll do
- Lead design and deployment of AI-powered user features
- Collaborate with product and design on AI innovation
- Orchestrate multiple LLMs for personalized experiences
- Prototype and iterate features based on user feedback
- Ensure reliability and scalability of production AI systems
- Address AI privacy, security, and compliance issues
- Mentor engineers on AI product best practices
What you'll need
- Proven experience shipping AI products in production
- Deep understanding of LLM strengths and limitations
- Experience with AI model orchestration frameworks
- Developed evaluation frameworks for AI metrics
- Familiarity with AI privacy and security standards
- 5+ years backend or full-stack engineering experience
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript
- 5+ years experience with PostgresDB or MySQL
- 5+ years experience with Elasticsearch
- Setup production observability and logging systems
