As a Staff AI NodeJS Engineer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create AI Agents. You will manage backend responsibilities while contributing to frontend work, ensuring high-quality code from proof of concept to production.
What you'll do
- Design and build AI Agentic solutions with cross-functional teams
- Define technical requirements and implement features across the lifecycle
- Take ownership of tasks and deliver maintainable, high-quality code
- Manage backend tasks while contributing to frontend development
- Stay informed on AI trends and integrate new knowledge pragmatically
- Collaborate with clients to understand and refine project requirements
What you'll need
- Full-stack development experience mainly using NodeJS and TypeScript
- At least one year of experience in an AI Engineering role
- Comfortable working across both backend and frontend tasks
- Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications
- Familiarity with Multi-Agents concepts, tools, and MCP Servers
- Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI or Anthropic
- Knowledge of LLM orchestration frameworks like Langchain or LlamaIndex
- Ability to create effective prompts based on design principles
- Experience configuring services on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Basic experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Competence in REST API usage and efficient database integration
- Fluency in English language
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of machine learning principles
- Understanding of Python source code
- Experience with React framework
- Experience with model fine-tuning and distillation
- Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques
- Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Experience with graph databases
- Familiarity with Voice Agents concepts and frameworks like Pipecat
