Join the BI team at Jane, a high-growth SaaS company serving clinics worldwide. You will shape the foundations of the analytics platform, turning complex data into trusted insights for Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product teams.
This position focuses on scalable data platforms, strong governance, and reliable models. You will drive technical solutions with company-wide impact while mentoring other engineers in best practices.
What you'll do
- Build and operate the core BI platform for reporting and AI
- Own data ingestion, integration, and platform architecture
- Maintain enterprise data models and semantic layer definitions
- Establish standards for data quality, testing, and governance
- Monitor platform health and implement reliability solutions
- Review and certify data pipelines before business consumption
- Mentor Analytics Engineers through code and design reviews
What you'll need
- 6+ years in analytics engineering or technical data roles
- Expert SQL proficiency and deep data modeling experience
- 6+ years building modular data pipelines with dbt
- Comfort with production git workflows and automated testing
- Experience optimizing queries on Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery
- Background in data observability and AI-enhanced workflows
- Ability to design semantic models for self-service analytics
