As a senior analytical partner to the Marketing organization, you will define how the team measures performance and influences investment decisions. You will shape the data foundations supporting AI and automation capabilities while working closely with Growth Marketing, Finance, and Data Engineering.
This position offers ownership of complex marketing domain work, including attribution modernization and lifecycle analysis. You will help establish analytical standards and mentor other analysts in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.
What you'll do
- Define marketing performance metrics and influence leadership investment decisions
- Shape data foundations underpinning AI and automation capabilities
- Lead attribution modernization and marketing measurement transformation
- Own complex work across attribution, funnel measurement, and forecasting
- Mentor analysts and raise analytical standards across the organization
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Finance and RevOps
What you'll need
- 7+ years in marketing analytics within complex B2B SaaS environments
- Deep expertise in attribution, funnel analysis, and KPI development
- Proven experience partnering with senior marketing leaders
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale datasets
- Familiarity with AI-assisted analytics or predictive techniques
- Experience with modern cloud data ecosystems like Snowflake or dbt
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with modern AI/BI tools like Hex or Omni
- Background in leading measurement transformation initiatives
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, and GA4 platforms
