As a technical leader, you will identify high-impact problems and translate ambiguous business questions into executable data roadmaps. You will architect core ML infrastructure, ensuring solutions are scalable, robust, and integrated into production environments.
What you'll do
- Design and implement automated machine learning systems from scratch
- Translate complex business needs into concrete technical roadmaps
- Lead end-to-end deployment of robust and maintainable ML products
- Partner with Engineering and Product to align technical strategy
- Establish standards for model development and conduct peer reviews
- Mentor senior and mid-level data scientists to elevate technical quality
What you'll need
- 8+ years in Data Science or ML Engineering with production impact
- High proficiency in Python and SQL for data analysis
- Expertise with pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and PyTorch or XGBoost
- Experience with CI/CD, ML Ops, and cloud environments like AWS or GCP
- Ability to influence stakeholders and explain technical logic clearly
- BS, MS, or PhD in a quantitative field or equivalent expertise
Nice to have
- Experience moving models from notebooks to automated production pipelines
- Background in customer behavior, churn, or lifetime value modeling
- Skills in time-series forecasting and anomaly detection
- Experience building optimization engines for marketing or inventory
- Knowledge of causal inference and robust experimental design
