Stellar Health supports primary care providers by delivering real-time patient information and incentives for quality care. The AutoProgression Team works on creating a seamless experience for providers, ensuring data accuracy and evolving the frontend user interface.
As a Staff Engineer, you will lead technical efforts across multiple squads, driving architectural choices and aligning technology strategies. You will partner with engineering leadership to guide the team's technical direction during a phase of growth.
What you'll do
- Lead technical initiatives affecting multiple engineering squads
- Drive architectural decisions and cross-team performance improvements
- Align product roadmaps, specifications, and priorities with the team
- Ensure timely and accurate data presentation for users
- Evolve system architecture to support business growth and efficiency
- Review code and designs to set consistent engineering standards
- Expand EHR data pipelines ingesting clinical data for patients
- Develop features in the Stellar Health application using EHR data
What you'll need
- At least ten years of total software engineering experience
- Recent hands-on experience writing production-level code
- Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, or Go
- Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL
- Experience with Django or similar web frameworks
- Minimum two years building data processing pipelines
- Track record of leading cross-functional architectural projects
- Ability to build highly available and low latency services
