As a technical steward for Consumer and Business Fraud teams, you will drive platform strategy and optimize mission-critical infrastructure. You will design high-throughput rules engines and data access patterns while mentoring senior engineers to maintain high technical standards.
What you'll do
- Lead technical strategy across multiple fraud engineering teams
- Architect ultra-low-latency backend services and rules engines
- Design data partitioning and caching for multi-cloud databases
- Build pipelines for real-time feature computation and aggregation
- Mentor senior engineers and shape engineering culture
What you'll need
- 7+ years of software engineering experience
- Track record at Staff, Principal, or Lead Architect level
- Expertise in highly available, distributed low-latency systems
- Production experience with Kafka, Flink, SQS, or PubSub
- Proficiency in Document, Wide-Column, and Relational databases
- Strong focus on reliability, observability, and developer velocity
