As a Staff Forward Deployed Engineer, you will work directly with internal teams to understand their daily operations and identify opportunities for AI integration. You will build and ship production-ready AI workflows that solve specific business problems, turning successful pilots into reusable capabilities for the entire organization.

What you'll need
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong hands-on coding skills in complex codebases
- Proficiency in Python and backend or fullstack development
- Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and SQL
- Working knowledge of LLMs, RAG, and agent orchestration frameworks
- Ability to quickly become productive in new domains
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience extracting structure from unstructured data using LLMs
- Familiarity with workflow automation tools like n8n or Zapier
- Knowledge of process mining or workflow analysis techniques
