bunch is creating an integrated system for fund operations, combining secure data, AI workflows, and expert services. As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will define architectural standards, lead the transition to React, and ensure scalable, accessible user experiences across product teams.
What you'll do
- Lead the architectural migration from Svelte to React without blocking product delivery
- Evolve the design system to enable consistent and accessible UI shipping
- Guide cross-team initiatives on performance, testing, and technical debt reduction
- Raise UX and UI quality standards through reviews and mentoring
- Integrate AI tooling into engineering practices and codebase structure
What you'll need
- Proven track record operating at Staff scope with systemic impact
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, component architecture, and state management
- Experience with design systems, accessibility, and performance optimization
- Daily use of AI coding tools and agentic workflows
- Strong product judgment and ability to translate business constraints
- Fluent English written and spoken communication skills
