You will define the frontend architecture for a platform that modernizes insurance claims processing. This hands-on position requires balancing high-quality user experiences with scalable system design while integrating AI tools into daily engineering practices.
The team focuses on creating clear, accessible digital experiences for claimants and internal users. You will collaborate with design and product teams to ship polished interfaces and establish standards for performance and maintainability.
What you'll do
- Own major areas of frontend architecture for scalability and performance
- Use AI tools like Cursor or Copilot to accelerate development and debugging
- Design and implement polished, production-ready user interfaces
- Architect reusable UI systems and component libraries
- Mentor engineers and foster a culture of craftsmanship and speed
- Partner with design and product teams to deliver cohesive workflows
- Improve product usability based on customer feedback and analytics
What you'll need
- Extensive experience scaling complex modern web applications
- Deep expertise in frontend architecture and state management
- Strong proficiency with AI engineering and design tooling
- Exceptional sensibility for UX quality and accessibility
- Experience designing scalable UI architectures for large products
- Ability to execute quickly while maintaining high quality standards
- Collaborative approach with strong communication skills
