Join Assured to transform the manual, costly world of insurance claims into a modern, technology-driven process. You will help define the future of their B2B SaaS platform by leveraging AI tools to accelerate development and improve product quality.
This high-ownership position requires operating across the entire stack, from backend infrastructure to frontend experiences. You will drive architectural decisions, ship customer-facing features, and establish AI-native workflows as the standard for engineering velocity.
What you'll do
- Build end-to-end features from backend services to frontend interfaces
- Integrate AI tools into daily workflows to boost engineering leverage
- Identify opportunities to embed AI in product and internal processes
- Drive architectural decisions for long-term technical flexibility
- Mentor engineers and raise the overall technical bar
- Collaborate with product and design on user experiences
- Champion automation, observability, and rapid experimentation
What you'll need
- 8+ years of hands-on software engineering experience
- Experience with SaaS or large-scale web applications
- Proven ability to ship complex systems across all layers
- Strong proficiency with modern AI engineering tools
- Bias toward execution without sacrificing quality
- Strong product sense and UX instincts
- Systems thinking balancing pragmatism and scalability
- Collaborative approach with clear communication skills
