What you'll do
- Architect and deliver end-to-end systems for internal automation and customer portals
- Define technical direction and architectural choices for your engineering squad
- Improve core platforms and tooling to streamline testing and shipping processes
- Prototype new workflows to enhance broker and customer experiences
- Mentor peers through code reviews and collaborative problem solving
What you'll need
- Proven track record of setting technical direction in high-growth startups
- Experience designing complex systems for both backend automation and frontend UIs
- Ability to translate user needs into features through customer discovery
- Comfortable making decisions amidst ambiguity and changing priorities
- Strong bias toward shipping quality software rapidly
Nice to have
- Experience designing multi-agent workflows or agentic systems
- Background in the energy sector or other regulated industries
- History of building internal tools for sales or support teams
