Join the design team at Hims & Hers to drive graphic language and strategy across product lines. You will conceptualize and execute packaging solutions that align with brand identity while adapting to local market preferences and regulatory requirements. Reporting to the Director of Packaging Design, you will ensure consistency and quality in all print deliverables.
What you'll do
- Lead conceptualization and design of packaging from concept to production files
- Develop strategies to differentiate products on shelf globally
- Adapt layouts and messaging for regional markets and regulations
- Manage production files including dielines, finishes, and color specs
- Oversee production process, review proofs, and attend press checks
- Collaborate with supply chain, brand, and marketing teams
- Coordinate with domestic and international printers and vendors
- Manage multiple projects and parallel regional workstreams
What you'll need
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Packaging Design, or related field
- 10+ years of professional experience in print or packaging design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating typographic and layout expertise
- Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
- Knowledge of packaging materials, printing processes, and color management
- Familiarity with international labeling and regulatory standards
- Ability to manage projects independently under tight deadlines
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Keyshot or other 3D visualization tools
- Experience collaborating with regional teams to localize design work
