Join the Mapper Team at Mimica, an AI-powered platform that analyzes workflows and generates agents to automate tasks. You will develop interfaces for displaying large-scale process data and enable real-time collaboration on graph structures.
The company operates with a remote-first culture across 16+ countries, prioritizing product impact and engineering ownership. You will help shape technical direction while working in small, cross-functional teams.
What you'll do
- Build data-visualization applications for large-scale process insights
- Develop real-time frontend services for collaborative graph editing
- Own projects end-to-end from design to deployment and observability
- Collaborate on architectural decisions and cross-team improvements
- Mentor peers through code reviews and RFC feedback
- Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members
What you'll need
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Strong expertise in React and state management
- Deep knowledge of frontend performance optimization
- Understanding of system design and data-intensive applications
- Basic backend skills for API endpoint creation
- Fluency in English with clear communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in fast-paced scale-up environments
- Background as a founding engineer
- Expertise in graph or canvas-based rendering
- Experience with geometry editing on the frontend
