As a technical leader, you will bridge sophisticated machine learning with practical customer-facing products, serving over 30,000 healthcare practices. You will design platforms that enable engineering teams to seamlessly integrate AI features while ensuring scalability and reliability.
What you'll do
- Design ML infrastructure and tooling for scalable feature delivery
- Build internal platforms to help teams incorporate AI into products
- Translate product goals into engineering plans for data integration
- Consult with teams on ML patterns, tradeoffs, and data lifecycles
- Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers to develop technical leaders
- Shape company-wide standards for engineering excellence and observability
- Monitor industry trends to identify strategic value and emerging challenges
What you'll need
- 15+ years of experience in Machine Learning or AI
- Deep expertise in audio and voice GenAI solutions at scale
- Experience building B2B multi-tenant ML applications in production
- Strong background in distributed systems architecture and high-scale data
- Proficiency with LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering, and Fine Tuning
- Experience with relational and NoSQL data stores like PostgreSQL and Redis
- Operational experience with GCP or AWS, Kubernetes, and infrastructure-as-code
- Proven ability to influence without authority and lead cross-team initiatives
Nice to have
- Expertise in building low-latency, high-accuracy AI Agents
- Background in compliance-heavy environments like healthcare or fintech
- History of external technical leadership such as open source or speaking
- Published technical writing or conference presentations
