Assured modernizes insurance claims processing by replacing manual workflows with automated software solutions. As a Staff Product Analyst, you will uncover trends in user behavior and product performance to guide strategy for large-scale insurers.
You will partner with product managers and engineers to integrate data insights into development cycles. Your work will directly impact how claimants experience the platform and how fraud detection systems operate.
What you'll do
- Analyze product metrics and user behavior to identify improvement opportunities
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key product performance indicators
- Design and evaluate A/B tests for new features and product changes
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to implement data strategies
- Translate customer feedback and behavioral data into actionable recommendations
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy
- Validate datasets with data engineers to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Perform ad hoc analysis to address specific business questions
What you'll need
- Proven experience in product analytics or similar data analysis roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau or Looker
- Ability to write code in TypeScript or Python for application instrumentation
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on translating data into insights
- Excellent communication skills for presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
- High attention to detail in data reporting and analysis
- Capacity to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience with statistical analysis tools such as R or Python
- Familiarity with Mixpanel SDKs for tracking user events
