Join EasyLlama as a Staff Product Designer to own the design and optimization of core platform experiences. You will translate complex architecture, including metadata and agentic AI workflows, into intuitive systems that drive activation and engagement.
Reporting to the VP of Product, you will partner with senior stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Data. The role requires defining interaction models for platform-level systems and embedding intelligent automation throughout the product suite.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end systems for onboarding, discovery, and AI agent tasks
- Define interaction models for content metadata and automation logic
- Translate complex platform architecture into trusted user experiences
- Use AI tooling like Lovable or v0 to create rapid clickable MVPs
- Partner with Legal to design compliance-critical AI experiences
- Contribute new patterns to the Design System for scale
- Propose and design UX experiments with senior management
- Track core metrics such as activation, retention, and expansion
What you'll need
- Mandatory 7+ years in multi-product B2B SaaS platform design
- Proven ability to drive measurable outcomes like adoption and retention
- Experience workshopping with CxOs, VPs, and engineering leads
- Background designing AI-powered products and using AI design tools
- Strong systems thinking across complex, multi-surface products
- Ability to simplify technical workflows into intuitive experiences
- Comfort interpreting data and user research to inform decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating craft quality and business impact
Nice to have
- Background in GRC, compliance, HR tech, or edTech
- Experience with complex platform architecture redesigns
