As a Staff Product Engineer at Attio, you will tackle complex technical challenges in real-time infrastructure and AI-native architecture. Beyond coding, you will play a key role in growing the engineering organization by mentoring colleagues, coaching talent, and participating in hiring. The role requires balancing business needs with technical excellence to deliver delightful customer experiences.
What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership for critical parts of the engineering organization
- Design significant infrastructure components aligned with technical strategy
- Set standards for building robust, maintainable, and secure systems
- Mentor and coach engineers to grow internal talent
- Participate in hiring to bring top talent into the team
- Optimize trade-offs between delivery speed and product perfection
- Understand customer needs to drive valuable product experiences
