Join Attio's engineering team to solve complex technical challenges in real-time infrastructure and AI-native architecture. As a Staff Product Engineer, you will design significant parts of the system, set technical standards, and mentor colleagues to ensure robust, scalable, and secure software delivery.
What you'll do
- Provide technical leadership across teams to align with overall strategy
- Design significant parts of infrastructure and maintain high quality bars
- Set standards for building robust, scalable, and secure systems
- Mentor and coach engineers to grow internal talent
- Participate in hiring to bring top talent into the organization
- Balance delivery speed with perfection to optimize business value
