You will own the technical direction for agent identity, access control, and on-behalf-of delegation. This high-autonomy individual contributor role requires you to design, build, and ship production-hardened systems rather than just creating architecture documents. You will set the strategic technical bets for how Redpanda handles emerging standards in agentic AI security.
What you'll do
- Define technical strategy for AuthN, AuthZ, and delegation across platforms
- Build and extend OAuth 2.1 authorization servers and token vaults
- Implement cryptographic delegation models for agent actions
