You will define the product vision and roadmap for platforms that help Independent candidates launch campaigns and win elections. Working closely with the CPO, Design, and Engineering teams, you will turn concepts into scalable solutions that drive adoption and empower users to prioritize people over parties.
What you'll do
- Drive product vision, strategy, and roadmap with stakeholders
- Build scalable solutions for candidate campaign management
- Organize user research and testing across diverse groups
- Integrate emerging AI tools to enhance features and scale
- Create funnels to drive user adoption and growth
- Use quantitative and qualitative data to validate ideas
- Partner closely with Design and Engineering teams
What you'll need
- 8+ years of experience building tech products
- Track record of taking products from 0 to 1
- Strong analytical skills with a metrics mindset
- Experience using AI tools and prompt engineering
- Understanding of the American political system
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Clear and respectful communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in small, fast-paced remote teams
- Background in civic tech or political campaigns
- Passion for democracy reform and social impact
