Condor builds the financial intelligence layer for clinical development, connecting operations, vendor activity, and financial signals. As a Staff Product Manager, you will own major platform areas, translating complex domain realities into trusted products for enterprise biopharma teams.
You will work closely with engineering, design, and domain experts to deliver solutions for financial forecasting, accruals automation, and data workflows. This position requires deep analytical thinking and the ability to shape AI-driven functionality while managing roadmap prioritization and delivery.
What you'll do
- Translate product strategy into actionable roadmaps and own major areas end-to-end
- Engage with customers and SMEs to validate solutions against real-world workflows
- Lead feature delivery from concept through UAT and release across sprints
- Define clear requirements and manage the backlog with engineering and design
- Shape and deliver AI-driven functionality like workflow automation and predictive insights
- Analyze usage data and define success metrics to refine the product roadmap
- Triage bugs and customer issues, driving root-cause analysis with engineering
What you'll need
- 6+ years of product management experience
- At least 3 years in B2B SaaS environments
- Experience in finance, FP&A, clinical ops, or workflow automation
- Proven ability to own a product area independently and drive execution
- Strong experience with AI-enabled product experiences and LLMs
- High proficiency with structured data and financial logic
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in clinical trial finance or regulated life sciences tech
- Background in Series A-C startups with rapid scale
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance in clinical development
- Comfort guiding implementation of AI-assisted workflows
