You will lead a significant product area within Astra OS, translating ambiguous customer needs into clear product direction. Working embedded with engineering leads, you will manage the lifecycle from discovery to delivery while helping establish product practices for the growing organization.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end product domain from discovery through delivery
- Partner with engineering leads as thought partners in solutioning
- Translate ambiguous problems into clear product direction
- Remove roadblocks and make tradeoffs in resource-constrained settings
- Balance input from sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Help define product processes and ways of working
What you'll need
- Strong product sense focused on business and customer value
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problem spaces
- Track record of execution in complex, fast-moving environments
- Excellent collaboration skills with engineering teams
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments
- Background in healthcare technology and enterprise workflows
- Understanding of change management in large healthcare organizations
Nice to have
- Experience integrating with Epic or similar healthcare systems
- Background building AI-powered products or agentic tooling
- Experience selling to top-tier health systems
