You will lead the development of specific AI agents within Clutch’s portfolio, focusing on areas like collections, origination, or fraud. This position blends traditional product management with hands-on customer engagement, requiring you to shape products that do not yet fully exist.
Working in a small, senior AI group, you will collaborate closely with engineers and commercial counterparts. The environment is high-ownership and low-process, demanding quick decisions and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving implementations to production.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of one AI agent from discovery to roadmap
- Conduct on-site customer sessions to define business outcomes
- Prototype and live trial different agent use cases rapidly
- Ship integrations with core banking, LOS, and CRM systems
- Collaborate with other PMs to sequence agent launches per partner
- Hand off scaled rollouts to AI Ops with repeatable patterns
- Represent product in executive conversations with partners
What you'll need
- 7+ years in product management, preferably B2B SaaS or Fintech
- Strong product sense, judgment, and customer intuition
- Experience managing enterprise customers and negotiating scope
- Built and demoed an AI product personally
- Comfortable leading meetings with client leadership teams
- Willing to travel approximately 20% of the time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Background in financial services or fintech
- Experience with forward-deployed engineering functions
- Hands-on integration work with core banking or LOS systems
