Headway is building a new mental healthcare system that accepts insurance, serving over 85,000 providers. As a Staff Product Manager for Growth Automation, you will reinvent how the company scales provider growth. You will drive the roadmap for go-to-market systems, removing manual bottlenecks through automation and AI.
What you'll do
- Drive the roadmap for go-to-market systems across sales, marketing, and engineering
- Identify manual bottlenecks in growth and efficiency to drive automation solutions
- Consolidate fragmented tool stacks into a coherent system for efficient growth
- Lead innovation in the marketing stack including revenue feeds and data enrichment
- Partner with Sales leadership to innovate acquisition strategies and collaboration
What you'll need
- Proven track record of driving gains in acquisition or sales-process efficiency
- Experience using automation or tooling to improve business processes
- Background working with marketers to build scalable acquisition systems
- Ability to unify sales, marketing, and engineering teams around a single vision
- Skill in distinguishing between process problems needing automation versus people fixes
- Capacity to make technical cases to engineers and business cases to sales leaders
