You will own the strategy and roadmap for Fieldguide's corporate internal audit offerings. The goal is to help audit teams do more with less by automating complex compliance tasks and improving practitioner experience through enterprise-grade AI agents.
What you'll do
- Define product strategy from market entry to sequenced roadmap
- Build AI agents to enhance audit efficiency and quality
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and success teams on adoption
- Engage directly with Chief Audit Executives and IT Audit heads
- Translate customer feedback into actionable product requirements
What you'll need
- Over ten years of product management experience
- Background in internal audit, SOX, or regulated compliance
- Fluency in audit terminology like risk matrices and walkthroughs
- Technical ability to discuss LLM architecture with engineers
- Skill in managing strategic pressure from commercial stakeholders
- Comfort working with detail-oriented and skeptical audiences
